RCA after mounting the EEPROM the screen is upside down and tried entering menu 1147 but I do not see an option called mirro / settign something like that I am not sure. Am I using universal control? I took the TV and I do not turn on after I put the EEPROM with the image upside down. What could it be? The wrong EEPROM? Or the board?
