Hello friends greetings to all. I would greatly appreciate your help. I have a tv that is in stamby and does not turn on. I have changed some capacitors and it still does not turn on, and I have a doubt, because the 450-150 source capacitor does not remain charged after disconnecting it, replace it with a new one and remain the same. The source is 17wp15-6. suggestion.thanks.

you have the main capacitor charged because the source does not oscillate

Hi tobiastv, thanks for your help. I think the capacitor does not stay charged, because when I connect a bulb it does not turn on or I bridge it with a screwdriver nothing happens. the tv only turns on the stamby led in blue but nothing else. it can be the source or the main or the lamps. which voltages should check. the diagram I already have it but I don't know what voltages to measure to rule out the fault .thanks.
