Hello, good afternoon or evening, I would like to request the help of any of you, yesterday I located a fault on my TV that did not turn on or stand by, the zener 1N5383B was broken and I proceeded to change it, which fixed the fault, the TV He turned on, the problem was that later (and by bad decision of mine) I tried to accommodate the diode, because I am quite bad welding and I remain somewhat crooked, this I did without disconnecting the source, the detail is that I used some tweezers and by touch pulse error a type of steel housing that covers the large capacitors, gave a spark and the TV did not want to turn on again, the fault I doubt that it is in the zener that changes, since it is still well, check the voltage that it has and is of 3V, I am only an amateur in electronics and I can no longer identify the possible fault, if someone could give me an idea I would appreciate it enough.
