Hello colleagues I annoy you on this occasion, I get an lcd tv with short source the mosfet CS7N65 which I could not get new ... they sold me this mosfet P7NC80Z the question is if they are the same or not ... or if they know about any replacement of cs7n65 from now very grateful for your time and help

hello, if it works for you, the first number has to do with the current in amps and the second with the voltage in volts X 10 CS7N65 = 7 amperes 650 volts P7NC80Z = 7 amps 800 volts install it quiet, successful

I use 10n60 = 10 amps 600 volts ... I bought a lot of good quality and installed it everywhere


