I checked the LEDs one by one, 2,6v are just I see that the circuit is not oscillating, only 87 vol arrive but the voltage does not increase that is the same that reaches the mosfet. but 0 tension in the connection of the led.
Is there a signal from the main to activate the oscillator? I do not have an oscilloscope to see only with the frequency meter of the meter.
