Hello good afternoon to the forum, my query is for this led tv that received an electric shock. The owner told me he was connected to directv by hdmi. The fault I think is definitely on the main board 715G6836-M01-000-004N. Turn on well from the panel or via go, program the channels well there is always audio connecting from any source (Cable, A / V, HDMI2, Pendrive -usb). The fault is that when giving a cable signal, it is heard but everything looks white with osd, normal TV menu. The same happens in A / V, in HDMI1 it does not work, it does not process the digital signal definitively and in HDM2 it is blank with osd menu and normal sound, executing a video from the USB with pendrive happens the same, read any file but images well No, blank video. The T-com board is definitely fine, but it would not have an image, especially menu osd and blue background in case there is no signal in their respective inputs. I have measured source voltages and everything is normal, main and tcom components such as microfusible fuse and low value resistors as well as tr smd as well and everything is fine. After this report I ask you, should I change the MAIN once for sure not ?. Thanks and regards. I await your answers.

Hello, I update info, I changed the main one to another, used but in excellent condition and the TV was like new with all the functions, without details, perfect. I reaffirm Walter again, it was the main damaged. Thank you
