It was replaced by an NCP1271A with some modifications.

I already delivered the TV, but I named by pins of ncp1271: PIN 1 (Skip / Latch) the resistance of 100k to gnd was replaced by a 22k so that a skip of more or less 30% was maintained, basically when the TV is in stand B and on said pin depends on the resistance that is placed will reduce consumption in that state. PIN 6 (VCC), the resistance that came out of the winding of the chopper that feeds the integrated one is increased once it starts to work, the one that was more or less 4ohms, was changed by one of 10ohms, and a zener of 16v, to stabilize the voltage vcc.
