Greetings to all, I have a led aoc TV model le32w234d has approximately 4 years of use 8 months ago the upper right part began to have less lighting, every time it happened I turned it off and on and now that part was illuminated, normally this It happened at the time of ignition until it began to happen at 10 min and it bothered me then I decided to take it to a technician near my house, he said it was a LED so I left it and changed it. 2 months ago again the problem appeared in the same area so I decided to take it to the AOC Service of my city the guarantee obviously does not cover it so I paid, I thought it could be more reliable, they told me the same thing as the LEDs were and it was necessary change them according to the technician measured each of the LEDs to see which ones are operational and which are broken or inefficient soon to be damaged were 12 LEDs that were changed. They gave me my TV and I was using it this week, yesterday while I was watching TV again, in the same part it was again with less lighting after two hours of use so I turned it off and on and I was using it today without the problem nine . It is normal for that to happen, they are supposed to have solved the problem. What should I do? Greetings and thanks.

set the brightness of the TV to no more than 50% because the LEDs are burned due to excess current. It is no use putting them to more because the brightness is too much

Greetings I have been working at 40% since they returned it to me the last time. What seems odd to me is that this lack of light appeared again even though it was only once I thought that that would no longer happen in good time. thanks for answering

For my opinion, the terminal strip may be damaged internally in that area, it may have false contacts within it, there is a copper print to drive voltage to the LEDs. you must change the strip or make some external bridges to solve.
