Good morning I hope you help me LCD TV BRAVO KDL-46NX720 I did not turn on the eyelid the Led 8 times I just turned on and put on the Sony logo and it turned off I did the factory reset values by pressing and holding the power button and the up arrow of the control now turns on but as if not I had a rain screen signal with sound but no menu appears, it does not change the channel, it does not decrease nor does it increase the volume, it does not react to any change of the control or the buttons on the side of the TV, someone help me.
