Friends, I am writing to you to request help with this Samsung brand TV model UN32EH4000F. The fault is that when turning on it is normal but after 5 seconds of being turned on the screen freezes the sound works well but the image is paralyzed please what can I do. ?

Hi mate, that can be the main board or the tecom I screen, check voltages on tecom (12v, vgh, vgl). Good luck and regards.
