Hi friends of the forum I get to my workshop a Samsung LCD Model UN40F5000AG when you turn it on, press it on power nothing, check electrolytic, diodes, resistors, fuses in good condition main filter I have 290v, check good optocouplers, I have doubts in integrated ICS801CS (d2011k) check smi resistor RS802 which is 10 ohm in good condition and I have doubts in smi transistors I think they are in bad, I think they are mosfet are the following QM801CS and the QM802CS, which are (5R380CE, I do not have the voltages at the output to the mainboar card that are, pin 1 and 3 the 13v pin 12 I have the 5v please request data from this source, best regards, thanking you in advance

check voltages from main filter to integrated, after this to mosfet and from this to winding although if mosfet is not activated it will not reach the vovinado. but it could be some intermediate point from the main filter as well as a capacitor. I leave this link of another colleague in which we have the diagrams of several samsung sources among them this look for it by the bn number that is printed on the source plate. video link for guidance which is very helpful. diagram link of this source board switched sources

Hello vallin, thanks for your contribution of the positive of the filter, it arrives at this smi mounting mosfet the 5r380ce from there to the large winding but without any voltage to the winding I think that the mosfet does not trigger do not remove it from the plate provided in it as I saw in google, I do not have it on hand, on Monday I will travel to look for it or a replacement by chance would you have the diagram? or where I look for it

Thank you for your input for your very explanatory links and diagrams, sorry for the delay I got TV to fix the trc, and leave the LCD that I still do not get spare parts in the electronics stores, assemble a tester to see if the source oscillates, I provided it and nothing so I will review the source and study the sources of LCD milligrams well for being on the other side a hug

I also thank infinitely vallin for having collaborated, thank you brother, infinite thanks, your links help me a lot, and I understood that day by day, you learn more. A big hug in the distance, as I told Tobiastv the client removed the TV , as a saying goes, I lost a battle but not war, I will continue studying I promise

A shame after having a good strategy they withdraw from the battle. Do not worry next time we will be better prepared and will offer combat soon so that the withdrawal without reparation is not repeated and thus we will win the battle.
What to say about Tobias and another great and generous colleague who is around the forum helped me a lot and showed me that I had to prepare much better and as you study and repair you realize that you know very little and every day you learn a lot. It is a comfort to have them by our side.
thanks tobias

Hello, it is very easy to diagnose that TV, plug it in, while it is plugged in you disconnect the connector that goes from the source to the main, the LEDs must turn on instantly and remain on, if this happens, the source connector that goes to the main has sulfate or the main is not if the LEDs do not turn on with this practice with the main disconnected there must be 390 volts in the primary filter of the primary You didn't have a good time with the source code, is BN44-00 ??? It has three numbers, what are they? RS802 is 10 ohms but when the standby LED opens it flashes and there are no 390 volts in the main filter, only 300 volts comment

Hello tobiastv sorry just arrived from the city of electronic houses without novelty I did not get the mosfet (5R380CE) for the source, it is good to have you contributing your knowledge, I did what you said I put it together I plug it in and turn on the stamp without blinking but when pressing For power it does not respond, so I think it is the source take voltage when connected in main filter has 280v when removing the connector from the mai card, it has 280v, the LEDs do not turn on when plugged in with the card and without the mai card, look for the output voltages for the mai that must aver 13v pin 1 pin 3 does not have them

the card is BN 44-00609A I have doubts in the integrated (mosfet D2011K) and I measured on plate the mosfet 5r380ce that are two I also think they are bad they are superficial mounting not the encounters if the commons the boy to adapt, I travel again tomorrow to bring them the d2011k the data says the 8 pin like a mosfet, I have no voltage at the input of the large winding.

It is common for LCDs to use switched sources with mosfet coils, this source has 2 fuses, one at the large entrance and the other one near the (d2011k) has two options between hot and cold, I take a photo and upload

thanks tobiastv, I apologize for not answering quickly, I would like to be able to take out this LCD but as a colleague said before you have to study to understand in life so I thank you brother for being on the other side and sharing your knowledge, I commented that I went back to paddling with this tv I put together a tester of switched sources when placing it I check that the source does not oscillate, I showed that I had doubts, they are fine there are some superfisial integraditos that I think are the oscillators, take out data and I see, it depends on the client if it goes to wait

hello, I was wondering if they got a diagram
I'm going to give you a tip to diagnose if it's the source or the main thing that doesn't work
When you connect the TV the source delivers a standby voltage to power the main,
when you give the power the main returns the power on level to the source and it delivers the main tensions
Three cases
1 - That the source delivers the standby and the main does not return the power on - main malo
2 - That the source does not deliver tension - bad source or short main
3 - That the main return the power on and the source does not deliver the tensions - bad source

Responder

hello tobiastv I did not get the diagram and thanks for the tips look I think it is in the first tip because when plugging in the LCD TV it turns on by pressing power, nothing, the source does not deliver the 13v to the main, I was checking the card back and my question is if the integrated smi does not oscillate perhaps because of a short smi capactor is a small one in which it provides it in continuity and beeps in both directions without cutting off the sound of the multimeter, because if the multimeter sound was loaded and unloaded ,,,,, or I'm wrong?

Responder

These smi capacitors all go to the integrated smi (S3050)

you are talking about an ic driver of pfc, it is for the main filter to be loaded with 390 volts, it feeds on the 15 volts that come from the rs802 only when the source has a high power level, this is achieved by disconnecting the source from the main
I understand that the main source does not tear you away

The diagram is almost similar, it has some differences, they are not the same bovine, this board has 3 optocouplers, I can't find the integrated IC801CS (D2011K), after so much fighting and receiving their help as always You do it by giving your collaboration, I thank you infinitely Tobiastv for the support he provides. I promise to continue studying so that the next LCD TV does not defeat me. I say this because the client removed your TV. A big hug from a distance and a handshake.

Hi ELmismo2492 thanks for your contribution as the colleague vallin said I have no voltage on the large winding that would have to come from the mosfet 5r380ce I do not want to take it out of the plate because I do not have it on hand, thanks for your contribution, sorry if I do not answer soon internet the arrato signal is cut the system goes down
