Hi Maxi. Did you check resistors 9301 and 9302? Normally these are damaged when there is a short in the CI you mention. I also recommend that you check the ceramic capacitors (the light blue ones) and all the components associated with the IC A6069. Check surface diodes thoroughly since some may be short. If you have doubts, pick them up and measure them out of it. These Philips sometimes become a headache. But it is important that you review what I told you to move forward. Comment. Regards !!
