hello I have 300v that rise 1 or 2 volt but in leg 6 of fsq0465r osila between 220v and 280v

The VCC of the FSQ0465r in leg 3 also oscillates between 8 and 12v, it is like never stop feeding by leg 6 to feed by leg 3 that comes from the winding for feedback, in the secondary the voltage of 5v is barely a few millivolts, the 12v is also stable a little higher in 14v but I have that driver if it varies a lot between 5 and 15v. the TV arrived with a blown pfc (q602) mosfet and the fuse too, I changed the mosfet, the oscillator driver and connected with the serial lamp and turned on and off with a lot of consumption and burned the mosfet q602 again
the traffic measures me continuity does not seem scorched what I do not understand because I have a pulsating tension in q101 and the plate is disconnected and I do not have the standby voltage at the base of the q101 rises and falls between 3 and 7 volt
Of course the issue is that I have the plate unlinked and I have removed the opto pc102 and still had a pulsating tension based on the q101
then I make a bridge to q203 but when I put the q 601 (the mosfet) flies me and with the series lamp they turn on and off and to the touch the q601 is burned again, which you recommend me to do the bridge but without the q601 to see the rest of the tensions?
I make a bridge to q220 also because with the drive voltage that oscillates a lot between 5 and 15v
