Hello colleagues. I got a Samsung brand TV with the BN44-00604A board with the burned Q9102 transistor. I look in the schematic and I figure as D3N40. Call the electronics house and there is nothing similar. I turn to you colleagues with which transistor I can replace. The TV arrived with that sector of the plate in black as it was very hot. When the TV is turned on, audio is heard but no picture is given. That is Does not turn on the LED strips. I thank you in advance for your support.

Hello look at the DN340 for its acronym is a mosfet Negative channel of 3 amps at 400 Volts. it would be better to put that same but if you do not find it you can put one of 5 amps but of 400 as for example the 5N40, by the way you have the schematic you could pass it to me I have an equal source right now in repair and I need to see the voltages that the source at the exit to the leds please if you can
