Good morning, colleagues of the forum! You are sent a cordial greeting from San Cristóbal-Táchira ... I come to you. In order to request your support in the repair of a 32 ”premium brand TV model PLC32D100HD .... This TV arrived with a power failure, it remains with a red button of stambay .... when revving the sources as everything seems be normal with the proviso that all sources start at once when only connecting AC cable, press the main VAC button .... when measuring the PWRon voltage (return value of the MAIN to turn on the sources) on the connector that arrives to the source card because I found that there is a voltage of 4.1 VDC in this pin all the time so press or NOT the stambay button to turn on the TV (the value of 4.1 VDC also seems to me an unusual value that use the different sources that an LCD TV has for their power) .... It can be said that when the different voltage pins of the MAIN are being checked with the tester, sometimes the TV would turn on normal and work all right but once it goes off by stambay button because the fault returns again ... the MAIN card has a code marked as: T.MS18VG.81B 12145 and on the printed side it is marked: T315XW03-V3, although the latter I think has to do with the screen or panel number with which this card is related ... .. I do not know where to attack the fault .... I do not get electrical diagrams of these cards .... could you help me ... I thank you in advance ... atte: LUIS Good afternoon companions .... I have already checked this TV several times and I do not give the fault .... could you please help me ... ...... the TV turns on whenever it wants and sometimes even without hitting the power button ... but after turning on the TV, it behaves normally and all the buttons respond ... but one Once the stambay button or the main shutdown button is pressed because this TV falls back into the same fault, that is, it stops responding to the power buttons and does not respond to the remote control either ... I presume it may be the program installed in the EEPROM but I don't know how to rule out this fault. What is the test that must be done in order to know if the eeprom memory is working well or not? ... what should be done? ... where can I get the new FIRMWARE to update the MAIN T.MS18VG.81B card? 12145 ..... I understand that this MAIN card is used by several TV models among them are HAIER: LE32A10, LE32A370 ...... Thank you

hello buddy One test you can do to discard the power supply is to disconnect it from the main and bypass the 5v output with the power on that would be the order of the main. to see if the voltages are washed in the other outputs and the lighting of the main panel turns on. If doing that, everything delivers the voltages well. The problem you have in the main and as described the fault you have seems to be a problem of the main memory specifically and the firmware is corrupted.
I had a similar flaw in a blaupunkt tv. And it was the eempron.

Good evening fellow RIU ... thanks for answering my question! ... in effect as I told you in the question because the source is already verified .. The voltages of 24v, 12v 5v, 12v are perfect ... The only thing is that They are ebergized before pressing the Stambay button and there are 4 1v in pwr on which you travel from the Main

... Sometimes the TV turns on alone when I am measuring with tester on voltage test pins that are located in the Main ... after turning on the TV it behaves normal but once the stambay button is given to turn it off because this tv falls back into the same fault .. What is the pryeba that I must do to know if the eeprom is working well or not ?? ... what should be done? ... Thanks

Good afternoon, companions of the forum! .... after measuring in each component of the MAIN card and the power supply card and not getting any damaged component, I decided to apply the reflow or solved technique of the video processor installed in the MAIN card using a heat station and with which I was able to eliminate some cold welds present in this integrated that apparently was the cause of the ignition failure of my tv described at the beginning .... thanks for the participation of fellow RIU who He was the only one who had the courage to write me any contribution to this fault .... I hope that this solution that I give as a contribution will help other technical partners of this forum for the resolution of a similar failure in the future ... thanks
