Good afternoon everyone. I request support to know the value of the RP411 resistor at terminal 12 of IC UP401 (RT8573), of an RCA DEDC30M4 screen with JUC7.820.00080881 chassis. In this LED screen the problem is not to activate the Backlight. The audio is perfect and the video only distinguishes the images if I place a light in front of the display. The 3 led strips were checked finding 2 open LEDs and one short. This TV already had led repairs. After repairing the LED strips, connect the TV to the power outlet, but still have the problem of not turning on the backlight. The ignition order is given and does not read output voltage at the CONP402A terminal (connection to LEDs) the mosfet QP402 and QP401 in good condition the 2, do not present saturation. Checking the IC U9 microprocessor MSD3393LU on its pin 94 (PANEL ON / OFF) and giving the power order to the TV, the 3.5vcd reading is taken. this voltage or signal goes directly to the resistance in question (RP411), and must reach pin12 (ENABLE) of the RT8573; but checking the voltage on this leg of the circuit there is only less than one volt. Remove the resistance and measure 1K. I don't know if it's okay or it should be of another value. I await your comments, tips or advice to repair this tv .... Greetings and thanks. Attempt Ricardo Moreno.

forget to comment that it receives 12v of power for driver led Ic DS8573 in pin 15 (+) and 16 (-)

the resistance is fine, it acts as protection of pin 12 enable.saludos

Thanks for the answer victor.
Disassemble the RT8573 driver IC and doing tests with the ohmmeter I found that it gave continuity of low resistance in its terminals with respect to pin 16 (-):
Pin 11 = 8Ω
Pin 12 = 14Ω
Pin 13 = 13.5Ω
Pin 14 = 13.5Ω
Between pin 12 and 13 gives 1Ω
between pin 13 and 14 gives a resistance of 8.2Ω
I think I will change this circuit because it gives me distrust of those values between pins 11 12 13 and 14. Between pin 15 (+) and 16 (-) everything ok.
As soon as I have new data I will let you know the results ... Greetings and thanks.

Hello again. Well, the RCA screen is ready. I had the problem of not turning on Backligth, because the Ic driver that activates the mosfet was short. It had all the required voltages on the card, but the LEDs were not activated. Then check the mosfet and these did not reach the pulses to their gates for activation. Check the power of the RT8573 driver IC and at its terminals 15 (+) and 16 (-) its 12v arrived without problem. Looking in your data sheet of this IC, I saw that a low value voltage (approx. 2v) should reach its terminal 12 (ENABLE) from Pin 94 on / off of the MSD3393LU microprocessor. but on its way is an RP411 and as colleague VICTOR said, this resistor is 1k. Then remove the resistance to measure it and it was in good condition. (as I struggled to put it back on) so I decided to replace the IC driver and voila. That was the solution. This integrated was in poor condition as it gave me low resistance between its terminals between its terminals as previously shown in an image. Now in green I will leave the resistive reading data between its terminals in a new integrated. Thanks for the help.
