You would have to see the exact place that diode occupies in the circuit of the power supply, or look for the scheme of that source on the internet or a very similar one and get at least what function that diode fulfilled and from there look for a commercial diode that fulfills that function ... You may get your real name thanks to some datasheet of an integrated circuit that needs that diode ... Unfortunately sometimes the code that appears in an SMD component has nothing to do with the real name of the component : -S
