Greetings colleagues, I arrive at my workshop a television like the one described, with the image problem, it was sometimes seen with reddish tones, or the edges of things looked like with a shadow. I thought the problem was the panel, so check the cables that connect the T-com, with the panel card and the problem continued. Remove the platen that is on the T-com, to check and it occurred to me to apply heat to said card, I noticed something strange in the integrated circuits, as if they had moisture. As it warmed up, the problem was corrected and I left the TV almost 6 hours running and it looked normal. I gave it to the client and eight days later, he returned with the problem, I have not reviewed it yet. Also note that it gets very hot, and the client tells me that it has been so since new. My question is: It is possible that this generating condensation despite the heat that is generated in the T-com. I clarify that the TV has not been exposed to moisture, I installed it myself, it is on a second floor in a piece of furniture that would avoid any type of moisture from any water leak. I hope you answer me, in advance thank you very much.

Hello, if it is humidity and nothing else that is coming out of the TV such as some capacitor electrolyte, it is because there is humidity it does not generate itself. It would be necessary to check if any component is not releasing any liquid as I used to give you an example.

Hello colleague: apart from what is suggested by colleague Carlos Quiroga, it is possible that, in some departments or houses, humidity is generated mainly at this time, the cold begins ... one of the reasons may be to have some lighters lit from a kitchen or some stove that burns badly produces moisture that we don't notice ... when the TV is turned off the condensation begins to install inside it ... this happened to me on a trc tv that had already been repaired two days later I was back with the TV ... when I removed the cover I found a terrible layer of moisture throughout the plate ... the reason was that they were heated with the oven on a kitchen and their lighters lit ... in this If there were, keep it in a safe place, there is no ambient humidity and draw a conclusion ... greetings!

Thank you. As I said the TV is on a second floor, there are no kitchens nearby or air conditioning. I found that supposed moisture in t. Com. When heating it, notice something like when an iron distils steam, and if you put your hand, it gets wet. At first glance, moisture is not noticeable, it is noticed when applying heat. And as I repeat, the t. Com heats up a lot.
