Hello good morning friends. I have this monitor / TV that I received without turning on. I found the swollen 47u x 100v capacitor and the short MOSFET on the inverter board. Change the two components I put a 160v capacitor and instead of the fet I had I put a 13n65 but not sms but the common ones. Turn on but heat the mosfet to the point of desoldering. What a problem I can have and if anyone knows what the original fet is because the previous one was burst and it didn't look.

One possible cause (if you don't have any short LEDs) are the gate excitation transistors that work in Puss Pull surely after a short in the previous mosfet have leaks and these make work in the homic area to moss I think they say q03 and q04

Hi cristian78 thanks for replying. How do I change those transistors because I don't have a diagram or reference of what kind they can be

The q03 is a 1AM npn the q04 failed to see it. Will they be the same? I have the npn 8F to change. It's okay?

There will be no way to get the diagram? I will need it yes or yes. Why start the base track of q03 and do not stop where it comes from :(
