Hello Everybody, I'm New. I have a 39 "Philips tv model 40PFG5000 / 77 One month ago the bottom of the screen (LEDS) became dark and the top part a week ago. Today I stop turning on normally. When I turn it on, the Philips logo appears and turns off immediately. The disassembly and has four rows of LEDS, the top and bottom do not turn on, the two centrals only flash once and do not light more, one of those strips does not light an LED. Does the TV sound so that the problem is LEDS? Do you know where I can get replacement strips or how to fix it? I am from federal capital Thank you
