and the other 3.3 volt sources, is from 5 volts, those, achieved after 15 volts, these 3.3 volts are also those that go to the stambaya led, since the 5 volts of stamby they go swith on, that if they are present, that's why I need to know, if the source in stambay, in addition to those 5 volts, also have to keep in mind the 15 volts or other voltage
If I do not misunderstand the source gives 5v. If you give this tension correctly it is because the primary is fine. 15v output it can be direct (in this case only diode, electrol. and some resistance intervene) or through a tr. switch (which may be wrong or not receiving a driving license).
