Disarm the TV and clean the t-com and the flexes that go to the display and the main board with a contact cleaner. control the flexes and verify their tracks (ok). I see no damage, if I notice that one of the flex was splashed with a little water and that's why I cleaned it thoroughly. I went to two different technical services (neighborhood technical services) and in both they tell me that it is surely the display and that they do not repair it because it is not achieved, because sometimes the display has problems of incompatibility and the image is inverted and You need a manufacturer code, etc, etc. I am not an expert in the matter but I do not think that the display or screen of the TV is broken since the TV has very few hours of use and I do not see damage or internal filtering.
