Good, I need your help with this issue that the truth is not found.
I have a LG LED TV model 32LN540B and every time I connect the TV cable to the TV input (CABLE IN) it makes a spark, I just measured the voltage it gives when I put together the TV cable and the TV input and I Delivery about 210V.
I took him to the technical service and he connected the TV cable and he was perfect and told me that the problem is not the TV and check the TV cable.
But it puzzled me when I connected another tube TV and did not perform any discharge and did not even deliver voltage.
I measured the TV cable with the tester and it does not give voltage. I also measured the cable input on the TV and it doesn't give me voltage either.
It only happens when I connect the cable from my house to the TV input of that particular TV.
