Try disconnecting the main from the source and connect it. They should turn on the LEDs if the source and the LEDs are good.

bl-on is the pulse that comes from the main for the LEDs to turn on, in this case it is a bass, that is 0 volts so that they can turn on the LEDs.

I am going to change the complete strips to test some type of fault since I test them with my tester and the strips work perfectly !! Ah !! I forgot when I connect the source without the main voltage of 109v drops to 90v
