Hello Ivan! I get this lcd, it is Paraguayan or Chilean, I am from Argentina. The problem was the same as yours, the tension fell. Checking the source I found nothing, I injected external tension to the Main board and it worked, the image looked but without luminance. Disassemble the complete panel and they were the LEDs that were burned, they send an order to the source so that it does not start. After that, jewel worked!
