In advance thanks to who or those who take the trouble to read this. Greetings!! IMG_20190612_131518.jpg [1.55MB] IMG_20190612_131526.jpg [1.50mb]

Good afternoon, at first glance it can be the detachment of the Led Diffuser Lens, that leads in each LED that illuminates the screen, the technician must check if it is that, checking the screen, if this were the problem it would be a matter of returning it to Paste in place with a suitable glue.

Thank you for your answer, look, I also came to think that it was that problem with the diffusers, since I had seen several videos on youtube about that problem, but the dots that appeared are very small, approximately 8 millimeters and in the videos I saw on youtube, the points are very large. I think it's about dead pixels, as friend Francisco Vallarta commented below, still, thank you very much for answering me and for taking the time. Cheers!

Hello Friend. Yes, your TV The LED is a sign that the diffusers have been detached, they have to be glued again with instant glue as with loka glue or other special glue and that work can be done by an expert because when uncovering that TV. You can open the screen because it is fragile. Cheers

Thank you very much for answering, before posting my problem here, I had seen several videos on youtube of that you mention, of the diffusers, however, the dots are very small, they measure 8 millimeters, and I understand that those diffusers are a bit larger , thanks for taking the time to respond.

Personally, the point is almost imperceptible, it is almost not noticeable, if the diffuser had fallen, the point would look larger, it seems that these are dead pixels of the panel, any of the 2 things one is expensive because the panel has to be removed to see the diffusers with the risk of breakage, and if the panel is damaged the repair would not be affordable, in this case I think it is better to continue seeing it the same, if the points are larger then upload a photo where it is seen better, or with a ruler take your size in centimeters.

1000 thanks for your answer, look, the dots are about 8 millimeters, less than one centimeter, I'm afraid it's about what you say: dead pixels :( I'll have to keep seeing it like this. Really thanks for taking the time to answer , regards!

By the way, I forgot to mention that the dots change color according to the image that is being projected on the screen, let's say there is a scene with a purple background, the dots become purple, but they are still noticeable, as if they had a drop of glue, hahaha I do not know how to explain myself well, but let's say they are not blank all the time, I do not know if that helps, I uploaded other photos, to see if you can still do something, thanks: D

I see in the photo a white circle that appears on the screen. For me it is not a problem for the TV or the LEDs, which is caused, in my opinion, by a circular rayon in the polarizing film of the screen .this film is stuck on the glass panel and it makes the images look, if you remove that film you will only see a white screen without images. That is why it looks like a white circle when the screen is black and the LEDs are on .Cheers

Thank you for your response, the truth is that I don't know much about these things, rather nothing hahaha then there is nothing to do? Do you recommend that you leave things like that? Thanks in advance for your time and knowledge, greetings!

You can change the polarizing film but it is very expensive and should be done by a specialist. Leave it that way, total looks better and close response.
