hello colleagues: I received this philips tv with the three damaged strips. Strips without 6 led 6 volts- From what I was seeing, each strip has 3 LEDs in series and another 3 LEDs in series but it is a bit complicated since apparently the form would be wrong in some of them. They have canexion in the file 4 contacts and both of the tip connected - While I have repaired something is wrong because I cut the source. however I tried 2. sources I will be grateful if any colleague can help me with their diagrana - Best regards m

Hi; according to comments, each strip has a total of 6v of 6v ... three are in series and the other three are in series ... it means that they are in parallel series ... a series of three are in parallel with the other series of 3 led ... I believe that according to what you are commenting on ... then that strip should work with 18v ... analyze the connection of the strips and with which, the voltage is fed because a strip can also be in series with other strips ... leave the connected as it comes from fafrica and measure q. supply voltage you have ... you can test strip x strip or all the strips with some led tester ... here I leave you a led tester q, it feeds 110vac ... if you have 220vac you can change the 10mfx250v x capcitor one of 10mfx400v ... and the R of 10kohm x one of 22kohm x 4w ... comment if it was useful ... greetings!

Hi J-gramont, yes this screen has 18 6v LEDs, but since the power is 18.8v there are 3 series of LEDs, so you have 6 strings of 3 LEDs in series and then those 6 chains in parallel. You can test them at 1 with a LED tester or with a 6v cc source because each LED has a copper point on both sides. Usually on this screen the 3 on the right are burned, that is, the last of each line seen from behind. Then to lower the power a bit, eliminating the 6 r parallel, r 830 (R830) = 0.30 ohm, the voltage drops to 15.1v and so the LEDs will last longer.

when I say they burn, they usually get short and that's why when you try a led tester per strip, only the 3 on the left (on the back) turn on each strip

Hello: Thank you for answering the two is the solution, although I had tried led by LED and with the tester, I was struck that the two had the 3. led in poor condition and did not want to take them off, but finally I had to do it. and as I placed them in the three fichitas that I have two black and red and blue and red, they lit me differently. And it confused me. Thank you

In the previous comment where I say they usually get short I was wrong, it is usually open and that's why when trying on strips they only turn on 3 of each strip.
