Very good to all, I am new to yoreparo and I come to you asking for some help, since I have reviewed the plaque and I have not been able to find the fault I explain: I have a smart kalley tv model K-LED32HDSZT2, received an electric shock (lightning), and I burn several components, this board does not come like those of an LG, Samsung etc, because this is a unique board where it comes source and main boards , at the source I already changed several components that I had damaged and burned, 2 diodes, fuse, and the optocoupler, even a resistor that had symptoms of having been damaged. done all this I try and the board is still dead, nor stand by LED. I really ask for help, because I am new to the repair of electronic boards. Also check the schoccky diode you have, the mosfet and all in excellent condition. I don't know what else I could check. I will leave a picture of the plaque to give you an idea of what it is. Thank you very much for the help. Have you checked for voltage in the secondary part of the source? for example 5 volts or 12 volts? to know if there is oscillation in the primary part! Cheers

Friend good morning, I explain so as I have no voltage or the output of LEDs, or in the rest of the board, there is only one point that has 3.3 v nothing more, the rest of the board is completely dead. the 3 v gives them to me where the stand by is connected, in the whole connector on the right side.

I forgot to mention that I still don't have a standby LED.

Change the source regulator .... greetings.

You have to check if your source's oscillator is working! there is an ic that controls said regulator. notice that the resistances that are around are working well and feed that ic! otherwise the source will not oscillate and there will be no voltage. Cheers

I understand, but excuse my ignorance as I can verify if the IC is in good or bad condition ?. possibly you send me to the datasheet but the question is that I looked for it with your reference and I didn't find it, finally I understand that the IC is the correct 8-pin micro controller? It is the one I suspect most.

where are you from? Some time ago I had one with that fault and it was the secondary that had a short transistor and did not let the source start. after the source started and there was stanby the tv still didn't work! Anyway that was my case, maybe you are lucky and you can solve your TV. anyway check that the voltages feed said ic! There are resistances that may be open and there you have the fault.

Good morning friend, I am from Colombia, thank you very much for your prompt response, do not imagine how much you help me since I have been watching a lot of video, tutorials to have if I hit the fault and nothing. Check the mosfet transistor by removing it from the plate and testing it outside and it is good, the same with the schottky diode and also in perfect condition. check the resistors that are around the small transformer and both are good. One is 56 k and the other is 0.22 ohm.

the strange thing is that if you look at the photo of the plate, the diode that is below the optocoupler next to a capacitor, when you remove that diode to verify its state, it had voltage at the output of the LEDs, although it was a voltage of 7 v on each pin and there are 4 in total, when I put the diode back in its respective place, I no longer have current in said LED output.

90% of the time the source regulator is broken when there are short diodes or the mofet .... and if it is due to a storm or a problem, the light rises, it is not safe .... it is the most sensitive component of the sources ....Cheers

I understand ... Friend excuse my ignorance but could you tell me which is the source regulator? If I saw that it is one that looks like a transistor but I don't know which one it is exactly.

I can't find the diagram of that TV ... but it must be integrated with the shape of an eeprom smd with 8 legs .... or it can be rectangular with 6 legs .... they always have connections with the mofet and the optocoupler ....Cheers.

It must be located in the primary of the source .....

If of course it is the one I have referenced, and of which I have been suspecting more, since practically all the components of the primary part of the source check them and those that were bad replace them, look at the photo I left, and it is the one that is Above the AC input connector, on your right is the mosfet. How can I check that integrated to know if it is good or bad ?.

What number does the friend regulator have?

Responder
XxM4TUT3xX

these are the 3 codes that it has, search on google and I didn't find anything, maybe I search badly but on datasheet I didn't find anything, I leave you the codes: 0Z531TGN
AG86RL.2N
.1636A2

The number is 0Z531TGN .... it would be best to change it for sure it is damaged even though it is not short and practically it is what the source handles .... greetings.

Responder

ok, to change it because another could replace it ?, which would have to be taken into account ?, since as far as I know anyone does not work and thanks for your help.

They do not include replacement .... if you get it put the same .... what country is it from?

Responder

Colombia, and the problem is that here it is very difficult to get the same. That's why I asked you what you should keep in mind, because to get even another one that works for you. Since in fact several components I had to put others with the same characteristics because the originals are not achieved.

Tomorrow I look closely and there is a replacement and I tell him .... in the free market here I saw that they sell them I suppose that I must also find out in the free market Colombia ... since that TV brand has not seen it here .. .. greetings friend.

Yes friend, here there is free market too, but the question is, that piece is only achieved second, if so, how can I verify that the piece is in excellent condition? Thank you.

On the Internet these pieces are new .... feet like plates are usually recovered ....

Responder

Exactly, and then getting in an electronic warehouse that new part is something difficult, in fact I would say very difficult, I doubt that it can be achieved. That's why I asked you what I should consider if I can use another reference.

Friend good morning, a question by searching the voltage regulator on google with the reference 0Z531TGN that I gave you, I only found it in Argentina's free market but ... the first serial code is the same, but the other 2 are not, Well, the other 2 are these AG86RL.2N, .1636A2 and do not match those in the free market, so it is not exactly the same, my question is, does it not affect anything that those 2 codes are different ?.

Ok friend understanding, I will have to ask tomorrow in electronic stores if there is. Since I only found it in the Argentine free market.
