Noise on smart tv being turned off

Hello, I recently bought a 43-inch Sharp smart TV. I noticed today that if I bring your ear closer, being turned off but plugged in, it makes a buzz that is barely heard but is there. It is only heard if you approach the ear a lot, but we have changed the plug because in the previous one it was heard as an electrical noise, being turned off for hours but plugged in, it was not a loud sound, you had to approach to hear it but it showed more than The current sound. What can it be? A TV failure or I have an electricity problem in the house?

If it is under warranty, take it where I buy it, it may have a loose connector and does not have good contact

But it has nothing to do with electricity - it catches my attention that when I switched it from the electrical outlet the noise decreased and changed from being a sound like electric to a very low-pitched humming sound. The sound can be from the stand's light by?

What you hear is the sound of the oscillator of the TV power source since although the source is turned off to keep the TV's St-By and other functions active, it is not a defect or has anything bad , it is normal in some sources ...
