Friend, most likely, you also have bad the occilator, even if you don't cut yourself when measuring with the multimeter. Check first in secondary there are no cuts, also 431 and optocoupler, in the primary measure all its components, if everything measures ok change occilator. Comment on progress to continue helping. Ok then the source is ok and you have a cut in the main, if you cut the mosfet it is possible that you can detect the cut with the multimeter in one of the secondary voltages or sub-sources of the main, you should verify this. regards
