Hello fellow technicians, I ask you for a second of your time so that you can guide me correctly with the delivery of a technical report requested by an insurance company to recognize the damage of a 40 "Hitachi Tv Led. The TV is not mine, it is of a friend who burned the led strips and died the display, as he has insurance in his house found out if he could make it happen through it and they said that if one of the many things they needed was a technical report detailing the damage and its possible solution, I recently started in the wonderful world of repairs, I checked the TV and came to the conclusion that the T-com card integrated to the display is damaged and prepared a report which I know how valid it can be for an insurance since I do not have (yet) with monotax or anything that registers me as a service (in case there is something like this in Argentina), well without further rounding I pass the report I prepared and if someone knows how to guide me as it is the issue of insurance and all will be well received feedback tecnico.pdf report [67.88kb]

I am not an expert, but they may not accept it, because the name is T-CON.

The report is fine, but it must be a letterhead with the logo of the company or workshop, registered with the hacienda, with its name and signature as well as its function either owner employed etc. Registered in the hacienda. accompanied by photographs with the model and stages where the fault is found, this gives it a legal basis. if you do not have a record before the hacienda, it is of no use, since it would be just a written opinion ... greetings.

If it is not legal, registered in afip. It's not going to be possible.

that is very strange to me .... because to recognize a repair you have to take it to a service center of the brand ... maybe you want to explain that this report is requested by the electricity company if it was their fault that increased the voltage or cycling and burned the TV ... and what people do is take it to repair, they pay for the repair and that bill they take to the company and they pay the amount they charged you

I do not know completely how the system is .. my friend communicated everything by mail with the insurance and he asked for the TV purchase invoice, the manual (I do not understand why), and a technical report detailing the breakdown and if it has a solution .. I never understood why the same insurance does not review the TV with a technical service .. I am from Argentina and I learned of several cases of people who change the TV with break insurance .. of course they are very complete insurance
