Friend direct replacements are A6153E, A6151, A6151M, A6159M, this is an internal mosfet occulator, commonly used for the stby source, if it does not get any replacement you can adapt any in its place, I frequently use the 5Q1265 with excellent results, you just have to change the position of your pins since the encapsulation is not the same but it works ok.
