Regards... I have a Movistar "Nebula Nova" Decoder control, it does nothing, I changed the infrared and 470uf 10v capacitor to one of the same value and nothing, check track of c2, c1, r35, r36, r21, etc. and nothing. Will these controls have to be jumpered a few pins near the battery to restart it? I appreciate the comments in advance.
