Hand milling machine starts and stops

I have a router and hand milling machine Black & Decker 79-013 (old lady already ...) that starts but stops within a few seconds. What I notice is that if I slowly hit the strawberry, it starts again. Any guidance? Nor can I pull the lock around the shaft to check it. It is circular with two small holes. Any tricks? Thank you! Hello, the same thing happened to me with a new dremel hand winch ... I even changed the coil! And in the end it was the biggest flock ... The plugs that close the contact of the coals did not fit well .. For more security, change the characters or is and tighten the contacts well.



Hi. There may be a false contact in the coals, power cable or some loose coil wires. It would be a matter of opening the tool to verify. regards

It is possible that the brushes are worn by the time of use and do not exert good contact in the motor manifold. You should check the brushes and if they are very short less than 5 mm, I suggest replacing them with new ones, if the brushes are finished, the collector could be damaged by rubbing the springs that press the brushes against it. Any motor power tool, requires maintenance and change of brushes, when this symptom of intermittent operation occurs and that when hitting it gently starts. I hope this helps you.
