Recommended drill for cup wick

Hello, as they are, I annoy you for a slightly absurd consultation but I will thank you very much, I burned my 500w drill, they lent me another 600w and I reheated both doing an auger with a wick cup on the wall of 30, it is to pass the Air conditioning pipes installed, the question is, what is the recommended power of the drill? Should I buy rotopercutor? Should I buy a good wick? (This really came out economically), the idea is to last as long as possible, thank you very much in advance.

Hi In fact, no drill is recommended for this type of drilling, but at least a 750W drill must be done and slowly If it is a wall, the ideal is a rotator. If it is another material it can be a normal drill Cheers

The wick must be with SDS insert and the machine a rotary piercer.
For wall of 30 it is complicated for any machine, it is important that you understand it, but the minimum must be of the aforementioned power. Ideally, a 900W machine up and if possible with auto clutch. This is for when you lock for any reason you do not turn the machine, this prevents bumps, dislocations and falls.


