Brushcutters (or Brushcutters)

Brushcutter does not suck gasoline from the tank

The machine (toyama 415, Chinese like most) starts by pressing the cylinder but then it turns off, if I start it and continued pressing the cylinder it keeps on walking, it is as if it does not suck the diaphragm, the carburetor already cleans it and changes it for new diaphragms, diaphragm and gasket, clean and replace hoses, I tried with and without filter on but I couldn't find the problem. Also check the small rocker that moves the diaphragm and is fine. Blow all the ducts that I can see, I'm missing something out there. The machine stopped going from one day to the next. I appreciate the help.

Check the non-return valve because it is sure that it is bad or has a foreign dentor body that does not let it work.

Would the non-return valve be the small rocker with the needle?

The machine is already working, the carburetor was covered in the part that climbs gasoline to the throat, where the balance that moves the diaphragm goes, with a kind of bast that had sucked from the tank filter, it cost me to find the fault because when I it was blowing, air was passing but it was not enough to suck the gasoline. Thanks to all for the help.

Apart from sucking air for the broken O'ring of the regulating needle

Now checking it and reneging with the machine, I have seen that it loses gasoline by the air regulator screw and when it is removed it has a tiny rubber O'ring and it is broken, that may be the problem. Tomorrow I will try to get the O'ring and replace the broken one to see if it works.

Hi. I am new here. And thanks to this forum I am learning to deal with my brushcutter lusqtoff 52cc (the karma of my life). I'm tired of being scammed every time I send her to fix (for being ignorant in the matter). But thanks to this forum and my various bad experiences I definitely want to learn how to repair it myself. I hope to contribute and help: Hello Friend. 1. First of all to the cylinder you have to press it and release it (without squeezing it too hard so that it does not break) 5 to 10 times to raise the fuel before starting it. If you have a lot of gasoline left on your finger, it may be that the cylinder is broken or punctured and sucks air. You have to change it. 2.Fix also to the rubber stopper (button-shaped where the two hoses enter the fuel tank) that is not broken or dilated at the edges or in any of the 2 x holes where each hose passes (which would air leak and gasoline / mixture). If so, change it. It is pulled out as a plug but carefully because the edges are sensitive (I already broke one x that I tell you). And to put on the new one, I recommend you put the sleeves first and then insert the cap into the fuel tank. But when you want to place the sleeves then you can get to expand either of the two holes. 3. Lastly, check that the sleeves are well inserted in each of the carburetor spikes and that none of the sleeves are broken or punctured. (uff I get tired more writing than cutting weeds) 4.EXITS.
