Good afternoon I have problems loading cameras dd a dvr dahua. The client has full mobile broadband. When I try to open them it takes many minutes to load or sometimes it doesn't load. This only happens with my phone and in that dvr (entel). The same does not happen with another dvr connected to another internet company. With another phone of another company they charge without problem. I hope you can help me

I think it does not go through speed. because from another phone or from a Wi-Fi network they look no problem. I don't know if it was a coincidence but I did the following. Add another apn from my cell phone internet provider and it worked



The problem is easy because of the speed that the DVR asks for, the only option you have in view that the megabytes may not arrive correctly to the DVR, you can lower the image quality of the cameras already if the internet flows better but honestly it is not recommended

I don't think it happens there. Since from another phone with another company (movistar) it works without problems. However. I noticed that the movistar company phone only works in 3g. On the other hand, the phone of entel, works in 4g. Given this I changed it to 3g and it goes much faster. Will it have something to do with the mobile internet of the DVR working in 3g?


