Hello everyone !! I hope you can help me .... We have an EPCOM brand surveillance system installed which we monitor with the desktop app IVMS-4200 to download the files I am supposed to use internet explorer I download them with the default routes, but I can't find them in my documents I already modified the routes for downloads but I get the legend "error downloading" or in the download history they appear to me I hope you can help me and I've been trying to find the way to correctly configure the routes to find the videos

You have already searched within the route recorded by the IVMS, usually when you take a photo with the IVMS or a video, it goes to the root folder of the IVMS c: Ivms4200 -> capture-> Image capture date Likewise, it generates a folder when you give the video .. I hope you can locate your folder. Another option is that when you click on the Image Capture of the IVMS, it will send you the path from where the image will be saved. route
