Disconnected the HDD thinking that it was possible problem of the HDD but even with this disconnected the images freeze, in addition to this while the HDD is connected the DVR records automatically, with the control (since the keys do not work since it started to fail the image) I try to stop recording manually but the (R) of the channels does not disappear. Good afternoon thanks for the attention. Try changing the RESOLUTION and FPS values but it does not allow. The image is still freezing even without recording.
