Good afternoon everyone. I have a problem a dvr brand MERIVA model MVA-855-16 does not generate the QR code (to be able to visualize on my cell phone). I tried to update the firmaware but nothing happens. Anyone know if that model has to be seen on cell phones? Or you can only see it on the monitor. Thank you
