Hello people, if you can help me, they gave me a generic dvr with two cameras, before installing the cameras I put it together on a desk to see how it is configured and I really don't know how to do it. What I did was the following, connect a camera to the dvr, monitor and network cable to the Arnet modem. In I go to the modem configuration and I go to advanced options, there in virtual servers I see that there are two new ones that open the dvr, I open the Internet Explorer access to the IP that gives me the dvr in the modem and I see the camera on the PC no problem . Now how do I continue? What steps do I have to do to be able to see it online through the cell phone. I tell you more data, the dvr did not bring any cd, it has QR code to install as soon as it turns on but it does not work or I do not know how to do it, as they told me with an app I should scan the code and I would walk away but not . The truth if you can help me I would appreciate it.
