I can't see my dahua cameras

Hi friends, I have a problem. install some cameras I have them online with smart pss. The problem is that on a cell phone I can see all the cameras, but when I try to see it on a PC. not all appear. thanks for your help. Note: Using Windows 10 and there are 9 cameras and they are in sub stream. Regards!!! :)

It is a different network friend. In fact when I occupy the same network there in place if it works well Cell and lap top. But when I arrive at the office where it is going to be monitored, it is only seen in Cellular and on the PC and lap not all cameras are seen.



I think it's bandwidth problem. Upload megabytes are not enough. Open all the cameras and if you see a couple, close them and others will be opened and so on.
