Now, after the change of the provider they took out my router and placed their own. Since then I am having problems to see the cameras, it is clear that, being in my house there is no problem, that is, I can see them without problem. from my work connected to the wifi or my data plan no. I get the legend "connecting to server" and then Device Is Offline.
If I ask them to turn off the DVR and then turn it on, I may be able to see them but after a while the same thing happens.
I ask you please give me a hand, I don't understand much about it. The app I use is HDIVS.
