Hello people. I have a problem with the security cameras of my house, until more than a week ago I saw them normally from my cell phone, from one day to the next I can't see them anymore, check everything dvr, modem, cables and then call Claro ( Argentina), they tell me that the modem has the ports closed and that they must change it because it has a weak signal and the changes that they could make did not impact it. On Saturday the technician came and changed the device, then called Claro, (several times) because according to them they did not have the tool to open the ports, they took 3 more days to then call me and tell me that the ports were open at ip 192.168. ....., something that I miss, because when you hire Claro, connect the dvr without configuring any ip, just point the cell phone to the QR code that appears in the dvr configuration and with that it worked until a few days ago. I really don't know what to do anymore, I think they're lying to me, but since I don't understand much about networks, that's why I ask if any of you give me a hand. The program I use on my cell phone is the QmEye, download a lot to see if they work and none work, thinking that the problem is software. I hope help please. Thank you so much.!!!
