Dome ptz does not respond to movements

Hello my name is Gaston and I work installing security cameras, install iun dome analog hd-cvi to about 70 mts of dvr, the first problem was q use a pair of UTP for power which never served, I had to do power local and everything worked barbaro, everything perfect, I retired d the place and at 5 o'clock calls me the dome does not respond to the movements, if I have a picture but it is fixed. The dome connection was: BNC (video) R485 + R485 - R485 GND (this one does not connect) the dvr only had R485 + and R485 - Feeding

Double metria would be for the R485 connection ???
I will try to send a pair of UTP for + and another for -, I really did not know if in long distances tmb there is lost in that. What q caught my attention was that he went perfect a few hours and dsp freeze the image.



Exactly, put one pair for positive and another pair for telemetry negative.
It may have broken some wire that goes to the telemetry.
