Hi everyone, I have an 1832 DSC alarm with two partitions. It has remote control code cryptor 3. It turns out that it began to bring problems once it was turned off and turned on is as if it was constantly reset all day. I decided to disconnect battery and electricity. Then it went off and the remote control indicator light (of the receiver where the code cryptor is installed) was fixed at RED. I asked for a technical service and they told me that it was probably the receiver because they are having problems with that. However they fixed several things. I have the alarm recently installed all by separate pipe since the property is 100% new. It has 3 keyboards installed a keyboard for partition two (common) and the other 2 are LED keyboards. The problem is that today the alarm did something similar again, it went off after entering my house and deactivating it with the remote control ... that is, it was deactivated, I opened the door and turned off 100% again. That is keyboards and everything goes out. I go to where the control panel is and everything is off except the cryptor code because the warning light is solid red What additional information can I give you? What can happen?
