I bought an x28 alarm for my home, as it had no light at the time it was placed, it remains to be activated later. The problem is that now the chip with which it was programmed does not appear anywhere. Is it possible to place a new chip with another number or should I try to get a new chip with the same number with the company? thank you!!!
