GOOD. I have the DSC PC1616 alarm, the detectors are wireless WS4904P model with an age of 10 years. They do not detect movement and the alarm does not jump. I have programmed them again and they still don't work, of the 6 that I have, only one works and not always. My question is if they are old and you have to change them. Thanks for your help. Greetings.

like the programs? Many people first program the sensors and then modify the zones in 001 (instantaneous, delayed ..etc) what happens? that when they enter 001 and modify any zone, the wireless zone attribute 8 is deleted. you must wait 3 minutes without getting caught to test https://yoreparo.com/seguridad/alarmas/preguntas/641101/alarma-dsc-aarmada-pero-no-se-activa https://yoreparo.com/seguridad/alarmas/preguntas/838185/problemas-dsc-1832 https://www.yoreparo.com/seguridad/alarmas/preguntas/960912/program-zonas-inalambricas-dsc-pc1832-rfk5501 tets go to test * 8 5555 904 zone number (2 digits) and activate the detector tamper

Thanks for your answer.
I have done the test and the correct green icon turns on, but they still do not work when I set the alarm.
I have done the programming with each detector as follows from zone 1 to 6.
For example for the zone 2 detector:
* 8 5555 804 02 (ESN Detector) #
Section 001 03 (Instant) #
Section 102 (Option 8 ON, via radio) #
Section 202 (Option 1 on ON, zone attribute) #
Thus I have programmed each detector in your area.
Since the detectors are almost 12 years old, won't it be that they are dead?
Thank you.

hello good afternoon, if you take them out of the base and put them back as says redo you have to turn on the test mode the sensor and the red led on the front lights up, if when you take it out and then reassemble it it does not they are the batteries, but almost certainly I would tell you that with 12 years you have to change the battery if you have not already done so regards Andrew

Hi. I have changed the battery several times.

And the test led on the sensor turns on when you take it out of the base?

If it turns on.

I have a doubt when you explain how the programs, you put
* 8 5555 804 02 (ESN Detector) #
Section 001 03 (Instant) #
Section 102 (Option 8 ON, via radio) #
Section 202 (Option 1 on ON, zone attribute) #
I calculate that it will be by way of example but programs zone 2 wireless, in section 001 you put zone 1 instantaneously, 102 zone 2 wireless and enable zone 1 in partition 1, let me know if my comment was understood because it was all together, what I try to say that there are 2 different zones there and you are configuring half of each one

Thanks Andrés for your reply.
The example I have set is for zone 2 in particular.
I do the same thing wrong:
I put section 001 03 (instant).
And this means that it is for zone 1 ????
If I want to put for zone 2 would it be section 002 03 (instant) ?????

I would go little by little, memorize only 1 detector and you are testing.
In 001 the pull zones are programmed, that is if you want to program 1 beams: 001 03 ##, if you want to put 3 it would be: 001 03 03 03 ##.
Important: every time you modify something in field 001 the wireless attribute is deleted, so always check the last thing in 101, 102 ... etc, you have 8 on.

Exactly as I tell you, the error is in the configuration in section 001 you are programming only zone 1 as a snapshot, important after programming all the zones in section 001 enable the wireless zone in 101, 102, thus the 6 zones that use

The same as I said in section 202, from led 1 to led 8 each mean an area from 1 to 8 to enable it must be on

Thanks for your answers.
I have rescheduled them with your comments and it seems that they work better, the alarm does not always go off when I step forward but it seems to work better.
And if I want to put the zone 5 of the 6 that I have present / absent, it would be like this:
Section 001 03 03 03 03 32 03.
The 32 comes in the programming template in zone definition (present / absent snapshot).
It is to activate the alarm when I am indoors.

Good, from what I read I see that in 202 you only have 1 on, that means that zone 1 is "functional" say so in partition 1. if you did not partition the alarm (section 201) it must be 1 on. If it's 2, 3, or 4, you also have the partitioned alarm. Look at step 210 that you have nothing on. and on 202 turn on the areas you want to use (eg 12345678) like this and with everything else you should walk if you don't try to fit at least one and see.

Thanks everyone for your help.
I think the programming is already done well, even though the detectors fail a lot and the alarm does not always go off.
I will buy some new and try.

Keep in mind that wireless sensors have a standby time to save batteries. I mean, they see you once and then for a few minutes they don't see you again. It's between 3 and 4 minutes if I remember correctly. Keep that in mind ! It can also happen that after the test time of the sensor, the light does not come on which does not mean that it does not see you, that also happens.
Try to turn on the alarm, leave, allow 5 or 6 minutes and enter again by going through each sensor and then check.

If I do that.
I set the alarm and go to work, when I come I can be inside the house for an hour without the alarm going off.
In the end it jumps but it takes a long time until they detect something, sometimes it does not jump ...
Any suggestions to buy the detectors?
On eBay I have seen them but it goes on outside, in Spain I can't find them.
Thanks for your comment.
Greetings
