Dear: I started to appear on the keyboard "Residential IP Communication Failure". It all started (I think) for a change in the name of the Wi Fi network, which I then updated in the programming and it worked perfectly from the "Alarm Control". But I can't reset the communication fault. I already tried everything recommended in the forum by Jorge: Checkup of 371, reset of 299, and nothing. I have an IP400 module and a G2K8 which I have disabled because it never worked well ... But I enabled from 299 to IP400 and then I enabled it (and previously it had worked) but the fault persists. Everything works perfect but I can't eliminate this fault. Please if someone submits something to indicate me. Thank you so much.
