Hello friends of the forum. I am about to install that wired detector in a Lightsys 2 panel but it is not my specialty since I always install wireless. This detector has built-in end-of-line resistors, it comes with two sets of jumpers to configure according to the resistance to use. But I don't understand if

I have to do the installation according to the resistor scheme, and indicate the configuration in the jumpers,
or just wire (no resistors) and tell you what end-of-line resistance you are going to use,
or finally wire as is and indicate with the jumper the end-of-line resistance used by the panel (the latter has just occurred to me because I am missing the resistance that would come out of the green wire, this panel has 2.2 resistors K)
I attached a photo of how he was armed. I ask you to validate or correct me and tell me how to set the jumpers, if necessary. With the red and black wires I bring power to the panel, with the yellow I come from the alarm zone and with the green I return. Thank you very much in advance! * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - ** - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - ** - * - * - * - * - ** - ** - * - * - * - ** - * - * - * - * - * - ** - * - * - * - * - * - * - I add info of the steps I did after the rodo suggestion. The wiring and jumpers looked like this: But when trying to lower the TRFL with the bidirectional software, it indicates error 30020: "Connection rejected. Check the configured resistance values": If I go to "Activities -> Diagnosis -> Central" it shows me that the area has 4.9K. I changed the resistance values by zone in "System -> Central -> Resistors" to RFL 4.7K; DRFL 6.8K; TRFL12K, but it also didn't go:

Today I changed the configuration of the zone from the keyboard and I was able to set TRFL. I picked up the configuration with the software and took it. It seems that it was a software error that did not download it. All this with the change in the resistance configuration in "System -> Central -> Resistors" to RFL 4.7K; DRFL 6.8K; TRFL12K I tried armed, violating the area and the tamper and apparently it works. If so, it's like this: Do I have to use 4.7K RFL from now on this panel? Or can I go back that change (the control panel configured for 2.2K resistors) and the zone with TRFL should work the same? Thank you!

you can change the wiring for each independent zone (zone 1 can be 2x2k2 and zone 6 triple resistance), but if you change it in system / central / resistors this applies to all zones, the last soft is 3.0.0017 you can download it from here: http://italy.riscogroup.com/itlnew/d1ow5nlo33ad3hhsyt56sbbcjh87d2/CS.html

How / Where are resistance values changed by zone? In the software that I have it is not possible, in "System -> Central -> Resistors" you can choose "Custom but enable the three resistance options (DFL, DRFL, TRFL) to load them by hand, but they affect all the central, and each zone, in "Devices -> Zones" either, thanks for the link to the soft!

I turned back the change in the central to 2.2K resistors but the detector does not work. I no longer see TRFL in the zone configuration by keyboard. I already downloaded the software from the first place you passed. Thank you!

you can do wiring with double resistance or with triple resistance (if your panel is v3 or higher), you can use the internal resistors of the detector selectable with the jumpers or removing the jumpers and placing resistances in the terminals of the detector, factory is for double resistance With 2x 2k2, if you do triple eol it will take 4k7, 6k8 and 12k.

so it would be with the internal jumpers placed and only the 2 supply wires and the other 2 wires for zone (nc and common) for triple resistance are connected, if that zone is 8 (for example) you must enter properties of z8 and change it to TRFL: scheme:

Thanks, I redo. The firmware version is 5.80 (User Menu: Display -> Service Info -> Version)
But something I am doing wrong or I need to do because when I set it up with the TRFL in the area sometimes it does nothing and sometimes I get the error 30020: "Connection rejected. Check the resistance values set" If I go to " Activities -> Diagnosis -> Central "shows me that the area has 4.9K. I changed the resistance values by zone in "System -> Central -> Resistors" to RFL 4.7K; DRFL 6.8K; TRFL12K, but it didn't go. Do not let me upload images here!

If you do not want to change everything: you remove the internal jumpers of the detector, choose double balancing and put 2x2k2 of resistance, the masking is in series with the tamper, https://i.imgur.com/JKXG5AW.jpg

Finally it was configured as suggested by the redo friend along with the change in the configuration of the resistors in the central to RFL 4.7K; DRFL 6.8K; TRFL12K. Then I installed 2.2K resistors for other wiring and everything works. Thank you!

If you want to use the bridges of that detector, the ones above are the zone ones, the ones below are the temper ones and a double one is coming, which is for 12k antimasking. If you use the zone bridges and trick you only have to take one thread to the first terminal of the zone and the other to the last of the tramper and it already performs double balancing if you remove them because you have to do it with physical resistances. The sensor comes with a white cap on the lens that should not be removed if you remove it when restoring the masking does not make it automatic and must be physically restarted Greetings
